image rights and usage
the photos from your session are the property of the photographer. your purchase of an image may grant you certain rights which are explicitly stated in your contract. for instance, the business package includes digital images so that they can be used online on business web sites and in social media. please be direct about your intentions for using your images at the outset; we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
fees and booking
sessions times are reserved at the time your session fee is received. session fees are non-refundable.
